Outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The team greets you with genuine warmth, always smiling and ready to help — not forced, but natural. What stood out the most to me is the people. It’s not just good service, it’s a culture of care. I truly appreciate seeing such hardworking, respectful, and service-oriented Latinos creating this kind of experience. The food delivers as well — great flavor, well prepared, and consistent — but what truly elevates this place is the team behind it. The owner has built something special here. When you combine quality food with genuine human service, it shows. Highly recommended — this is the kind of place you remember and come back to.

Edit( not even going cuz I can't right now but omg) This place is so dangerous..it's too good . It will have u craving it ..all the time... Im Mexican American and since I moved here, a few years ago, I have greatly missed .. legit Mexican food ... I tried another place but they even had the most basic item, so wrong .. but this place ...THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL!! NOT ONLY WAS EVERY FOOD ITEM, LEGIT AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD BUT IT WAS NADE CORRECTLY, TASTED PERFECT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..BEYOND, 98% OF ANY PLACE IVE BEEN TO, HERE!! THE FOOD WAS PERFECT, AS ORDERED... NO MISTAKES ..SOMETHING THAT IS A USUAL, AT OTHER PLACES, HERE. FOOD WAS BROUGHT QUICKY AND WAS JUST...AMAZING!! IVE FOUND MY BEW FAVE PLACE!! THE FOOD IS ALSO AT A PRETTY DECENT PRICE .. WHEN u factor in places like Chipotle, where they love to skim on ur plate .. then, if u uner etas it, is even worse .. and their customer service, is usually, awful . Ppl don't smile...don't greet u.. food is subpar.. but here . THIS PLACE...U GET AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING FOOD, AND THE AMOUNT UR GIVEN ..OMGGG!!! SO, WAY WORTH THE PRICE... JUST SUCH AN ENJOYING EXPERIENCE!!! IM SO THANKFUL THIS PLACE IS HERE!! REALLY REALLY love it!!

El Dorado in Plattsburgh, NY was a very pleasant surprise. Years ago this was a Pizzaria Uno and sat unoccupied for quite a while after closing. We (my wife and I) didn't have much of any expectations when we stopped, but we're both impressed right away by the fit and finish of the renovations. It was huge inside with plenty of seating - both booths and tables. The staff were pleasant and our waiter was prompt and polite without being overbearing. Chips and salsa were brought out immediately and we're quite tasty. The menu was large with plenty of options. I chose the deluxe burrito with chicken and my wife picked the verde burrito with no cheese or sour cream (lactose intolerant). Our orders were brought out quickly and my wife's special requests were followed. Portions were large, but not ridiculous. My burrito came with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream on the side, allowing me to add as much or as little as I wanted. My wife's burrito was loaded with seasoned pork and had green (verde) salsa on top. Both came with refried beans that were thinner than what we are used to but very tasty. We also had rice that neither of us count as a favorite, but was unexpectedly tasty. This would have been enough for us, but the highlight of our lunch was the guacamole. We ordered the table service and a "guacamole professional" brought a cart over and made it fresh to our specifications (with everything). I'm not a guac snob, but this was was delicious! I highly recommend El Dorado and when you go, GET THE GUAC!

Went on my Birthday. I just don't get out much anymore. But I'm so happy that I did. Staff was very helpful and polite. They are very tentative and knowledgeable. Food was great. Way more than you can eat 😜. Please just do yourself a favor and get up there and see what is good 😊
